Salinas to KBLU Blue Canyon--Nyack Emigrant Gap CA.
Ok, don't ask. Where the heck is Emigrant Gap CA? First off, you might want to read this article and learn about the Emigrant Gap itself and the community of 80 (count 'em 80) people.
Anyway, off we go. The airport was opened in 1941 so it's most likely a converted military field.
I don't know what is planted down there. I do know there are several crops that have blue flowers.
